Daily Prompt: Never Gonna Give Up On You!
You. We know *you* are vice-free, dear Daily Post reader. But, or perhaps we should say, “butt,” others around you and in your life are riddled with vices: they smoke; they eat too much celery; they hog the covers; they can’t keep their hands out of the office candy bowl. Which vice or bad habit can you simply not abide in others?

I have changed a lot of things in my life since a year ago. I’ve cut soda and most junk out of my diet, and I’ve looked for substitutes. The only real candy I eat is dark chocolate. Now, I’m not perfect, I don’t eat 100% healthy all of the time, I mean who can? But I try my best. I don’t eat out at restaurants, and I try to stay away from highly preserved foods, just for health reasons. Stress has made it so hard on me that I’ve gained back the 20 lbs. I lost last year, and my body feels exhausted and awful. I really need to cut out all of the junk and start working out everyday. I would feel so much better. So my vice I ask? Over eating, over portioning. It’s a pretty decently big problem.I can’t seem to get that together. I am so hungry I eat a lot and then I am severely bloated afterwards. It’s just so difficult for me to eat healthy, but days like then, when I blog about it, I give myself motivation. I guess I’m odd. -MHC
